GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OBLIGATIONS OF CREATIVE EVENTS:
Creative Events j.d.o.o. is obliged to provide the traveler with the services of the same content and quality as stated in the reservation (program) and is also obliged to protect the traveler’s rights and interests, in accordance with the current rules and regulations of the Republic of Croatia and fair business practices in the travel industry. Creative Events j.d.o.o. is obliged to keep all acquired information about the traveler private and safe, and shall not disclose his/her address, destinations, travel schedule, his/her payments nor the names of his/her travel companions to third parties, without his/her prior consent or unless required by law. Creative Events Croatia retains the right to change the day or the hour of the departure in the event of the flight timetable changes or other unexpected circumstances, as well as to change the course of the travel in case of the change of the travel conditions (flight timetable changes, the security situation in the country, natural disasters and other circumstances which are beyond the control of Creative Events Croatia, and according to the current international traffic rules and regulations. Creative Events j.d.o.o. is obliged to comply with all the obligations stated in its reservations (programs) in full and as described, unless force majeure or changed circumstances. In such cases, Creative Events will offer a replacement solution if possible. Creative Events j.d.o.o. is not required to provide services beyond these Terms and Conditions.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRAVELER:
The Travel Contractor/traveler is obliged to provide Creative Events j.d.o.o. on time with all data necessary for the realization of the travel program, and to inform Creative Events j.d.o.o. about all the facts concerning traveler’s health condition, his/her habits and such, that might jeopardize the course of the travel (if the traveler is on special diet, or if he/she suffers from a chronic disease etc.). The traveler is also obliged to observe the rules of conduct in the catering objects and to cooperate in good faith with the Creative Events representative and all the service providers. In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the traveler is liable for all damage incurred. The traveler shall be obliged to cover the damage he caused immediately at the place where the damage was caused or at a place designated by the natural or legal person who suffered the damage.
BOOKING PROCESS
Immediately upon reservation, the Client pays as deposit, 30% of the total amount, of all travel expenses. The remaining amount fully dues 60 days prior to the first service. For reservations made within 60 days to 15 days prior to the first service, the entire payment must be made within 7 days of the made reservation. For reservations made within 14 days of first service, a full payment must be made within 24 hours of making the reservation. Any change made to the route plan, will be charged according to the below mentioned. Any changes to the route plan made during your stay in Croatia, must be paid within 4 hours of the made reservation.
Note: The cancellation policy may differ from the below conditions, depending on the services included in the roadmap. Upon reservation, the Client will be provided with an individual payment option, and the above terms will not be taken into account.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions - It is understood by Creative Events j.d.o.o. that the terms and conditions of travel are accepted by the passenger when the required deposit has been paid.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
Traveler/Travel Contractor can purchase services directly from Creative Events via a bank account, a credit card application form, a credit card payment via the Internet. Accepted credit cards; MasterCard®, Visa® and Maestro®. A Travelers/Travel Contractors credit card will be charged in local currency (HRK) at the purchase rate valid on the day the bank charges the fee. For this reason, there are possible deviations in the price quoted in the offer and actually charged on the credit card of the Traveler/Travel Contractor. Payment made in other currencies is possible only when approved by Creative Events.
The credit card will be charged in the local currency and will be exchanged by the client’s bank at the exchange rate applicable on the day the bank processes the charge. For this reason, there may be a variation in the U.S. price quoted and the actual rate processed on the client’s credit card.
Creative Events j.d.o.o. will charge the Traveler/Travel Contractor credit card directly, only upon written confirmation by the credit card holder given through; email, fax or text message, in cases where payment is made via credit card authorization form, for any additional travel services not initially agreed upon in the offer. No additional authorization form is required for the charge. All additional services in total can not be more than the total amount of the reservation (program) itself, if the total amount of additional services is higher than the total amount of the reservation (program) itself, a new authorization form is required. In cases where payments of reservation (program) of Creative Events j.d.o.o. are made through a bank transfer or online with a credit card, for any additional services during the reservation (program) that are not initially provided in the offer, the traveler/Travel Contractor will need to make another payment online or by bank transfer.
RESERVATION CONTENTS:
The details of every reserved program, information about all the services, and also information about the number of travelers, are included in the final itinerary which will be sent by the agency before payment of the deposit itself. Creative Events j.d.o.o. does not take responsibility for any verbal or written information differing from the description of the services in the reservations (programs) which were obtained from a third party.
TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS:
The traveler/the Travel Contractor (other agency) has the right to cancel the travel arrangement at all times. If the traveler cancels the travel arrangement, Creative Events j.d.o.o. will retain the following amounts:
For the reservations created specifically according to the traveler’s interests and preferences:
• Up to 30 days prior to the service: 20 % of the total service price
• 30-25 days prior to the service: 30% of the total service price
• 25-20 days prior to the service: 50% of the total service price
• 20-0 days prior to the service or a no-show: 100% of the total service price
For the transfer services:
• Up to 72 hours prior to the service: 0 % of the total service price
• 72 to 48 hours prior to the service: 30% of the total service price
• 48 to 24 hours prior to the service: 50% of the total service price
• 24 to 0 hours prior to the service or a no-show: 100% of the total service price
For other private excursions:
• Up to 31 days prior to the service: 10 % of the total excursion price
• 30 to 22 days prior to the service: 30 % of the total excursion price
• 21 to 15 days prior to the service: 50 % of the total excursion price
• 14 to 0 days prior to the service or a no-show: 100 % of the total excursion price
For the private motorboat transfers:
• Up to 8 days prior the service: 0 % of the total service price
• 7 - 3 days prior to the service: 30% of the total service price
• 72 to 48 hours prior to the service: 50% of the total service price
• 48 to 0 hours prior to the service or a no-show: 100% of the total service price 
All of the above applies to working days, ie Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, calculated by date and time in Croatia.
AIRPORT AND PORT TRANSFERS:
Traveler/Travel Conductor are responsible for providing precise arrival time and pick up location information (like airport, flight number, cruise docking port, hotel address) at least 72 hours before the travel date to the contact e-mail or phone numbers mentioned in the final booking. Failure to do so can lead to loss of service and Creative Events j.d.o.o., its affiliates or the relevant service provider will not be liable for any refunds or penalties.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION:
All necessary travel documents will be delivered to the traveler/Travel Contractor or directly to the service provider in time (vouchers, airplane tickets, written notices, and such) according to the General Data Protection Regulation.
INSURANCE:
Creative Events j.d.o.o. advises travelers to purchase: travel cancellation insurance, insurance from the risk of accident and illness while on travel, insurance from the risk of damage and loss of baggage, voluntary health insurance while traveling and staying abroad, and insurance from the expenses for the assistance and return to the place of departure in case of accident or illness. Aforementioned insurances can be purchased directly from the insurer.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION, VISA-RELATED, CUSTOMS AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE REGULATIONS:
Travelers are obliged to comply with all visa-related, customs and foreign exchange regulations of the countries they travel through and in which they are staying. If the travel cannot be continued because of the violation of the regulations by the traveler, all costs and consequences will be defrayed by the violator himself/herself. Travelers are obliged to have valid travel documents (passports, visas and such). Invalid travel documents leading to the cancellation of the travel shall not have any harmful consequences for Creative Events j.d.o.o..If the travel documents are lost or stolen during the travel, the cost of issuing the new ones shall be borne by the traveler himself/herself. 
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
Traveler gives his personal data voluntarily. Traveler's personal data are required for realizing requested service and will be used for further mutual communication (eg. letter of intent, payment instruction, service delivery notice). Creative Events j.d.o.o. commits that personal data will not be transferred outside of country nor be given to the third party other than partners which participate in realization of the requested service (e.g. accommodation, airline, carrier). Personal data will be stored in our database accordingly with Personal data protection rulebook. 
OTHER INTERNET LINKS:
Creative Events internet sites may contains links to other websites (eg Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, weather forecasts). Accordingly, we warns and encourage users to consider that Creative Events can not be held liable for the privacy of the mentioned Internet Sites. Therefore, we encourage users to read the Privacy Statement of each Internet site they access.
COOKIES
Cookies enable Creative Events Croatia to collect statistical user behavior data on the Creative Events Croatia websites (for example, in which parts of the Internet page users stay the longest and the shortest), the Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox) and so on. The cookies are a small set of data sent from the Creative Events Croatia websites server to the user's computer, and serves as an anonymous identifier. Cookies are also used to make it easier to navigate through the web pages (e.g. you do not have to re-enter your registration data each time). Cookies are not used to access user data or to track user activity when leaving the Creative Events Croatia websites. Creative Events Croatia reserves the right to use cookies on the web site but any user may prohibit receiving cookies by editing / changing settings in their Internet browser.
FILING AND RESOLVING COMPLAINTS:
The traveler is obliged to report any complaint he/she might have to Creative Events j.d.o.o. without unnecessary delay. If during the course of travel, the traveler complains about a default or non-compliance with any of the contracted services, the Creative Events j.d.o.o. representative is obliged to resolve the complaint in an appropriate manner and as soon as possible, and if possible, considering the content of the complaint. If the immediate resolving is not possible, the traveler can file a complaint in writing no later than 8 days after the completion of the travel. The traveler files a complaint individually, in writing by mail to Creative Events j.d.o.o., Vukovarska 30, 20 000 Dubrovnik, by telephone at +385 91 550 8697, or by e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Creative Events j.d.o.o. shall without delay confirm in writing the receipt of the complaint, and respond within 15 days of the receipt. Creative Events j.d.o.o. will be resolving only such complaints whose cause could not have been eliminated on the spot. While the procedure of resolving is under way the traveler waives the right to have any other person or judicial institution mediate on his/her behalf, as well as to provide any information to the media. The maximum amount of compensation per complaint may reach the amount of the claimed part of services, but it may not include the services already used, nor the entire package amount. Creative Events j.d.o.o. believes that in case of any possible complaints, the traveler will be satisfied with the solution provided by Creative Events j.d.o.o. ,in an unlikely case of a lawsuit, Creative Events j.d.o.o. would like to inform you that the law of the Republic of Croatia will be applicable and that the competent court will be the court in Dubrovnik.
